It is not a list of buttons. It is what happens from open to close: checkout, inventory, customers, IVU on the receipt, and employee hours, in one place.
At the register
Checkout on a computer or on Android
Cash, ATH Móvil, credit sales, or card. On Android, the card is processed by Stripe. More options soon. Checkout is not tied to one machine.
The receipt
IVU is on the receipt
Puerto Rico sales tax is on the sale, in plain sight. If the customer is exempt and has a current Hacienda certificate, the sale is treated as exempt — and the certificate has an expiration date.
Inventory
Not a count. Lots and expiration dates.
You know what came in, what sold, and what is getting old. During the day, not at month-end.
Suppliers
You buy, and stock is received
You order from a supplier, goods arrive, and they enter inventory. The purchase and the receiving are not on a separate scrap of paper.
Credit sales
The customer who buys on credit
You set a limit — say $300. A $100 credit sale leaves $200. A $50 payment brings it to $250. The shop does not lose the tab.
At close
There are reports. There is no e-filing.
Reports and PDFs of what happened in the shop: for you, for the accountant, to reconcile. Retail Core does not e-file with Hacienda and does not fill IVU-425 or SURI.
The staff
Employees clock in and clock out
The time clock records the start and end of each shift. You see who was on the floor, and at what time. Hours stay with the store day, not on a sheet by the door.

Checkout, receiving, and more on the phone
On the APK you take the sale, receive stock, clock in, and open support. Cash, ATH Móvil, credit sales, or card. On the phone, the card is processed by Stripe. More options soon.
